2014 Camping Experiences Estimate – 35,500

 

10% increase in COCA-I membership 83 to 92 camps (about 1,000 kids)

44% of responding camps reported that enrollment was higher than 2014 (about 1,500 kids)

Estimate More than 38,000 Camping Experiences in 2015!

Camping Facilities

  • 8 of 10 COCA-I Camps rent facilities
  • 2/3rds of COCA-I camp facilities are either ACA or CAPOC accredited
  • 70% of survey respondents are Gold Ribbon Camps
  • In 2-3 years 90% of COCA-I camps will be Gold Ribbon camps
