CHILDREN’S ONCOLCOGY CAMPING ASSOCIATION

REGIONAL CONFERENCE GRANT APPLICATION

The Host Camp will receive a $500 stipend to cover expenses. Any expenses above $500 will be re-imbursed within reason and not to exceed amount collected from registration. (Accepted expenses include food (excludes alcohol), activity supplies, speaker fees, facility cost, participant shuttle service).

Only one grant application per region per year
Applicant must be affiliated with a current and active member camp of COCA-I
Recipients must provide written summary of the conference
Regional Meetings should cover 6-8 hours of professional development and should include some the following tracks:
1. Operations/Leadership
2. Staff Development
3. Child Development
4. Fundraising
5. Programming
6. Medical
The application will be reviewed and selected by the COCA Executive Director
