REGIONAL CONFERENCE GRANT APPLICATION

The Host Camp will receive a $500 stipend to cover expenses. Any expenses above $500 will be re-imbursed within reason and not to exceed amount collected from registration. (Accepted expenses include food (excludes alcohol), activity supplies, speaker fees, facility cost, participant shuttle service).

  • Only one grant application per region per year
  • Applicant must be affiliated with a current and active member camp of COCA-I
  • Recipients must provide written summary of the conference
  • Regional Meetings should cover 6-8 hours of professional development and should include some the following tracks:
  • 1. Operations/Leadership
  • 2. Staff Development
  • 3. Child Development
  • 4. Fundraising
  • 5. Programming
  • 6. Medical
  • The application will be reviewed and selected by the COCA Executive Director
