Hey Burrito!

In Fargo, Matt Ruttler was inducted as the new President of COCA-I. Let's take a minute to learn more about Matt.

Matt has dedicated his life to working with children every day. As a Special Education Teacher
working with children with multiple and severe special needs, Matt has implemented many
camp songs and activities in the classroom.

Outside the classroom Matt has spent many hours, days and weeks planning and
implementing programs for not just one camp, but three camps in Region 2.

Matt has been a counselor and the current Assistant Camp Director at Camp Happy Times for
15 years. During his tenure, Matt has been instrumental in program and theme development
and implementation, staff training and recognition as well as camper recruitment and all
camp logistics prior to, during and after the camp week.

Dr. KayeLyn J Wagner, MD, MME, Sanford USD Medical Center Dr. Wagner is a pediatric
hematologist‐oncologist in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and is affiliated with Sanford USD
Medical Center.

She received her medical degree from University of North Dakota School of Medicine and
Health Sciences and has been in practice between 11‐20 years. She is part of the only multidisciplinary
team providing specialized Pediatric Hematology/Oncology care in South Dakota.

Dr. Kaye serves as both the camp physician and medical director for Camp Bring It On and is
certified by American Board of Pediatrics, and American Board of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
