Social Skills Training at Camp- Meredith Daviess and Shirley Hummer

Session Summary: Camp Mak-A-Dream offers unique programs aimed at helping brain tumor survivors develop social skills to help them connect with others facing similar challenges. This interactive workshop will introduce you to new programming ideas to help your campers develop skills that can improve their lives beyond their week at Camp.

Bio(s): Meredith has been with Camp Mak-A-Dream for six years. As the Program Director, she oversees the staff, volunteers, and the day-to-day happenings at Camp. Shirley has been with Camp for twenty years. She is the Health Care Manager and is in charge of Camper Life, as well as all things medical.
