Strategic Goals

  • MAXIMIZE COLLABORATION: Optimize combined expertise/resources to best serve kids at cancer camp
  • FUNDRAISING: Implement Major Giving Campaign. 2015 Total @ $1.5 million – 2016 Total @ $2.0 million
  • BRANDING/AWARENESS AND ADVOCACY; engage communities and businesses in brand recognition, promoting the alliance and working with agencies and stakeholders to ensure our shared mission is accomplished.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM FOR PEDIATRIC ONCOLOGY CAMPS: Implement best practices through the on-going development of the COCA-I Gold Ribbon program.
  • EDUCATION AND RESEARCH: Share and Promote use of Educational Resources
