Non-Profit Camp Director

A non-profit summer camp is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven individual to assume the role of Camp Director. As the leader of our week-long overnight summer camp and year-round community for Bay Area children (ages 6-17) affected by a family life-changing medical diagnosis, you will play a crucial role in advancing our nonprofit's mission. 

Key Responsibilities:

As the Camp Director, you will spearhead the management of this small non-profit in close collaboration with college-age volunteers. Your primary focus will be on the development and execution of the non-profit's fundraising plan to meet our annual budget. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in nonprofit leadership, management, and fundraising.

• Proven experience in non-profit leadership and management.
• Experience with overnight camp.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and development activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with volunteers and diverse stakeholders.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position with an annualized salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. The initial term is two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to review. 

Start Date: Summer 2024.
